4 Healthy Natural Sweeteners
Many times we have heard that white sugar is bad for our health, a source of empty calories, promotes the development of bacteria and growth of tumor cells, increases blood sugar, makes you fat, causes cavities, diabetes and even whatnot health disorders.
Then why not dispose of our kitchen and replaced it with a healthy natural sweetener.
Don’t subtract small sweet delights, but instead sugar put in them some of the following healthy natural sweeteners with rich nutritional properties.
Or birch sugar is sugar alcohol found in many fruits and vegetables, and also created by the human body as a by-product of metabolism. It has the same taste as sugar but with 40% less calories. It is great for low calorie diet.
